Jessica Mileto believes that real estate is never just about property—it’s about people, their stories, and the next chapter they’re preparing to write.
After more than 15 years in real estate, Jessica has built her reputation on a simple philosophy: listen first, advise honestly, and always put people before transactions. Whether she’s helping a family sell a home filled with decades of memories, guiding a first-time buyer through unfamiliar territory, or introducing a city buyer to the lifestyle and freedom of country living, her focus remains the same—helping clients make confident decisions that support the life they want to create.
A lifelong New Yorker who made the move from Queens to the Western Catskills, Jessica understands both worlds. She brings a unique perspective to buyers seeking more space, more land, and a different pace of life, while helping local sellers position their homes and properties for the right audience.
Known for her straightforward communication, strong negotiation skills, and thoughtful marketing, Jessica combines professional expertise with genuine care for the people she serves. Clients often describe her as knowledgeable, responsive, and deeply invested in their success—not because she sees them as transactions, but because she sees them as people navigating meaningful life changes.
Today, Jessica leads the Land & Living Team at Keller Williams Upstate NY Properties, serving buyers, sellers, investors, and landowners throughout Otsego, Delaware, Schoharie, and surrounding counties.
Because a home is more than a place on a map.
It’s where your life lives.
My Philosophy
My ‘Big Why’ as you may call it, is to create an atmosphere of support but also of acceptance. Too often we face negativity, limitations and outside forces dictating the limit of what we can do- my goal is to remove that for you. In your business, in your life, you deserve a place where anything is possible and to be treated with dignity and respect. At the very least, that’s what I will do for you.
Because ‘whether you think you can or you think you can’t-you’re right!’ as Henry Ford put it so perfectly!
When Jessica and Joe are not working, they are enjoying their 24 acre blueberry farm in Maryland N.Y. The family includes Jess’ mom and Joe’s mom… yes, both moms! And the two Aussiedoodles Sofia and Giovanni, a sassy cat Willa the Killa, and Theodore Roostervelt, the house rooster, for now! 10 new chickens have arrived at the farm!
She is also a self-published author and working on a fantasy series of books as well as a Historical Fiction set in the West. To learn more about her books check out her site: www.TheGreyWoods.com
